Residential Low – Intended for single family detached residential (R-7.5, R-10 zoning)
Residential Medium – Intended for a variety of building types allows up to 8.7 units per acre (R-5, R-6, R-7.5 zoning)

Residential Medium High – Includes small lot single-family, townhomes, duplexes and apartments up to 17.4 units per acres
(R-2.5 zoning)
Residential High – Includes small lot single-family, townhomes, duplexes and apartments up to 29 units per acres. (R-1.5 zoning)
Residential Urban – Includes the highest density developments in urban areas that allows up to 145 units per acres. (R-0.5 zoning)
