You want to inspire other people by doing good for people and horses in the broadest possible meaning ? You want to learn more about connecting with horses ? 5. What is an Equiboost Ambassador? An Equiboost Ambassador shares the values of Equiboost : creating change, love, freedom, innovation and responsibility. An Equiboost Ambassador considers it his or her mission to promote : love and respect for one self, for others and for horses, in every possible way. An Equiboost Ambassador highly values the well being of humans and horses and translates this in his or her personal life and relations and horse care. An Equiboost Ambassador aims to create a better world that benefits all on both personal and professional level. An Equiboost Ambassador is willing to look inside, questioning him/herself constantly, striving to become a better version of himself or herself, day after day, living as conscious as possible. An Equiboost Ambassador enjoys meeting up with likeminded people, respecting differences and individuality, and sharing knowledge and experiences beyond coaching with horses, which becomes a path (to joy and self fulfillment) instead of an end goal. An Equiboost Ambassador actively supports the development of the Equiboost Horse Coaching Center. 6. Why are we creating Equiboost ambassadors ? There is no real functioning network in the field of horse coaching ; basically it remains everyone for him/herself except for some people teaming up locally for business purposes national networks have failed so far, mainly by lack of financial means and time ; existing international groups are all based on you pay first and then you can use our logo / our name / our and participate in the (paid) events we organise but none has a shared vision that exceeds the horse coaching aspect, that creates a broader perspective of being of service to others or offers room for active participation of its members and the possibility of co-creation More and more people wish to become a horse coach, and all of them face the same main problem: the lack of an adapted infrastructure where horse coaching can be performed in a professional, secure and private manner. Some people have a great talent for horse coaching but can not afford an expensive training. Becoming an Equiboost Ambassador can be a solution. We wish to create an open platform and make coaching with horses accessible to all who wish to be part of this wonderful adventure ! 7. Who can be an Ambassador ? This is the good part: EVERYBODY who recognizes him or herself in the description of an Equiboost Ambassador There are no requirements in regards to education, experience, profession, age, degrees, etc. what really matters, is the attitude and motivation that drives a person. Coaching with horses is not only a profession it is a conscious WAY OF LIFE It simply is not possible to be truly free when you exclude people WE ARE ONE. This is why we also welcome future horse coaches and people who would simply like to support horse coaching as a profession and who wish to raise awareness about the true nature of this marvelous creature the Horse We feel it is more honest and in line with our values to open up to all and not limit the participation in this network to those who have paid first for a training or and to offer as much as possible in the spirit of an equal exchange, creating a win-win situation for all involved You could be a classic coach open to introducing horse coaching to your clients, or a student, or a horse lover with an interest in coaching with horses, or an experienced horse coach, or a satisfied coachee, or simply a person with a passion for horses 8. What do we expect from an Equiboost Ambassador ? You actively promote the activities of the Equiboost Horse Coaching Center in your area (social media, press, setting up events, ) ; these can be Equiboost activities or activities organized by Equiboost Ambassadors ; assistance is provided You share your ideas, suggestions, expertise with other Equiboost Ambassadors and you help each other succeed You offer an EXCHANGE of your own choice. This could be for example : supporting the Cancer Research Project ; volunteering at the HCC in your free time ; setting up a joint project with a target group of your choice ; organising a pro deo horse coaching project at the HCC for people who need it the most (preferably children !) and who can not afford to pay for coaching with horses ; assisting in a research project about coaching with horses ; translating articles from our blog in other languages ; BE CREATIVE and SHARE YOUR TALENTS ! 9. What are the advantages of an Equiboost Ambassador ? You can team up with Equiboost and its Ambassadors who share your values for joint horse coaching projects You can increase your knowledge and experience during the free annual Ambassador Weekend offered by Equiboost You have access to shared research and marketing materials and you can benefit from the quality image Equiboost offers ; your name, profile , exchange proposal and contact details will be mentioned on the Equiboost website, blog and facebook page You can organise your own activities at the Equiboost Horse Coaching Center, using the infrastructure and horses and guest house (up to 15 people) at a minimum cost, enjoying total privacy in a beautiful surrounding If you wish, you can participate for free in the Equiboost activities if you find a minimum of 4 people in your area who register for the activity you wish to participate in You have the possibility to train your horses at the Horse Coaching Center at a minimum cost You can simultaneously develop your own local horse coaching activity 10. How can you become an Equiboost Ambassador ? You can send us your motivation letter, explaining who you are, why you want to become an Equiboost Ambassador, how your values fit in with ours based on real life examples, how you plan to use your skills to co-create the Equiboost Horse Coaching Center You can tell us a bit more about the strategy you have in mind and the objectives of your exchange proposal You can let us know the area you wish to work in (this can be a city, a region, a country or a specific target group within a defined region) In some cases, some additional information may be asked You will receive an answer within 1 month 11. Some practical information Every Ambassador has his or her own activity / company / organisation and decides independently how, when, how little or how much the individual activities are integrated in the Equiboost Horse Coaching Center The Equiboost Horse Coaching Center is not only a place. It is a way of BEING. Most of all, it is a gathering of people who have a dream, a vision to create a better life for themselves, others and horses. The basis is a heart-to-heart connection just like the horses offer, where a promise is a promise, so there are no contracts and no fees to pay You are free to leave the network at any time ; in this case, all referrals to the Equiboost Horse Coaching Center would have to be removed from your website, blog, etc. At the end of each year, you can evaluate if this experience brought you fun, insight, rewards and your results will be evaluated based on the objectives and the strategy you yourself proposed in your exchange proposal when joining we will then jointly decide if you remain an Equiboost Ambassador for another year - your output will be a direct result of your input ! This is why I have created a company that provides natural care for horses, their prairies and their stables and why I have been (and still am) studying Quantum Medicine for horses and humans, using Indigo. I fully support and share the Equiboost values and I appreciate the focus of the Horse Coaching Center on the wellbeing of the horses. My target area is Belgium. My exchange proposal consists of the following: -A joint research project with Equiboost about healing chronic disease like cancer, combining Indigo and Coaching with Horses-I offer free Indigo sessions for the Equiboost horses-I distribute Equiboost brochures to my clients and share Equiboost links through Facebook-I visit the Horse Coaching Center at least once a year and in exchange for spending time with the horses, I volunteer a couple of hours per day and help out with the work that needs to be done-My competences and services get visibility through Equiboost 13.
