Foreword

So you did it again. The last one I remember receiving at

TTT was your Training 101. Short, sweet and all

encompassing. In this day and age, nothing but short and

sweet would work, but who else would know this better

than YOU. Although I didn’t keep a tab on my score, but

yes, the questions were deep, brain-tickling and intuitive,

making you THINK about yourself and the world around

you.

What I especially liked was the relevance to both the

everyday ‘atom’ and ‘bit’ lives (to quote Jeff Jarvis of What

Would Google Do fame & Chris Anderson, the author of

The Long Tail and FREE). I am sure, it will strike a chord in

people who didn’t know where suddenly the world was

moving (read running) towards!

What are you reading?

This is a witty, fun fulfilled, mind boggling, rib tickling

(depending on your sense of humor) e-book, with a

serious and rude awakening.

It is a small step towards describing the kind of people we

have, or need to have, as we attempt to survive in the 21st

century… leave alone enter the 22nd century. It explains

‘Talented People ‘in 50 exciting and subtle ways!

It is a crazy world. Confusion tops any other state of

‘being’. We want to work but we want to be with family.

We say we are passionate about what we do but then have

facebook updates that say “TGIF’ or ‘OMGIM’. Get clarity !!

To add some life and excitement to your reading , I have

created a scoring mechanism as well. Go ahead, try

understanding what the statements mean and how much

of it best describes you. It is non – scientific but

interesting.

At the end it is not about what you scored but how

provoked you felt…

This is not a scientific test. The main objective is for you to learn about the points that will make you ‘fit’ to not only survive but excel in a very different environment demanding ,a very different set of behaviors

225 - 250: TB Gen! You are ‘one hell of an individual’ and this test has probably just given you an ego boost. You can be a very painful yet supportive team player. Unpredictable and too smart sometimes for others. However, you are also able to generate respect from people because of your wittiness and redefined professionalism. Look at what areas you scored comparatively low in since that will affect your relationships and increase frustration in you and others.
