How To Connect With Your Body & Reduce Stress!

• Dance – take a class or dance around your living room!

• Exercise in any way you enjoy• Practice Yoga• Take Up Meditation• Practice Breathing deeply• Take 5 minutes to stop and

notice your body, your hands, your feet, your arms, your legs.

• Find a good coach or therapist - you really don’t have to do this on your own!

• Read a good self help book such as “You can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay.

• Plan time out for yourself to relax & do the things you love doing.• Get out in nature - go for a walk. Being outside amongst trees and fields

can be incredibly healing and stress relieving.• Have a look at your sugar intake. Sugar can play havoc with our emotions!• Write in a journal - get down on paper your frustrations and emotions.• Listen to music which helps you feel inspired, motivated, uplifted &

positive.
