With over 40 years manufacturing experience Ardor are committed to
the long term future of manufacturing in the UK.
Ardor recognises that its staff are fundamental to its success and has
adopted a strategic, professional approach to staff development
providing ongoing training to enable them to reach their full potential,
which in turn helps the company to attract and retain high-calibre staff
with the skills and competencies necessary to deliver the company
objectives and targets.
Research and Development
We have perfected custom manufacturing techniques for the precision machining of
bespoke annular thin-walled rings. Our processes ensure circularity is retained, whilst
maintaining tight tolerances with absolute concentricity and cylindricity.
These components are manufactured from exotic, volatile alloys that are notoriously
difficult to machine and control.
We have conducted extensive R & D in the
manufacture and machining of Bi-Metallic rings,
enabling a soft substrate to be Laser Weld overlaid with
a harder and more wear resistant material.
This process is Lloyds certified to API 6A, NORSOK,
NACE & ASME IX.
