As atividades nauticas adaptadas com preponderância na natação, paracanoagem, SUP e vela, as quaisfuncionam durante todo o ano, em ambiente indoor (para iniciantes e durante os meses de inverno), e em regimeoutdoor em dois espaços distintos: no Águeda Centro Náutico Bério Marques, em Águeda, nas modalidadesparacanoagem e SUP e em Óis da Ribeira nas modalidades de paracanoagem, SUP e Vela.
