Function

Hybrid libraries are the new norm in most public and academic libraries. Hybrid library is mix of traditional print material such as books and magazines, as well as electronic based material such as downloadable audio books, electronic journals, e-books, etc.

Main Idea

We all love to spend summer time on the open air lying on the grass, reading books, talking with friends, but in Russia we can’t do it all the time. Only 3 months of theyear there is a warm weather. I wanted to integrate open space of squares and parks in avery confined space usual library to connect its information and educationalfunctions with recreational.

Center of the new cultural cluster.
