CFL’s

DeltaGuard® is the finest industrial-grade finish available today and is exclusive to Cree. The immersion process sends the product through six cleaning stages, eight pre-treatment stages and an epoxy e-coat before the topcoat is applied. DeltaGuard’s corrosion resistance is enhanced by the use of low copper aluminium alloys. Cree specifies only premium aluminium alloys such as 413 and 44300, with a very low copper content of .4% and .1% respectively.

Whatever the space - office, hotel, private residence or other - a lighting control system can help to ensure the appropriate illumination for the application or mood.

In order to provide a flexible lighting solution, a majority of Arcluce’s fittings can be equipped with a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device to control and dim lighting.

BLE technology connects the light fittings to a mobile device to let users create the desired scenario and customize their light experience. With an intuitive and simple visual user interface, users can switch the light on or off, dim it or adjust the colour temperature from a smart-phone or tablet.

Featured in a number of Arcluce luminaires, Tunable White enables users to adjust the colour temperature of white light to any value between 2,500K and 7,000K. Tunable White simulates natural daylight and can be adapted to personal requirements or preferences.

Recent medical research has suggested the colour temperature of light could have an effect on people’s health and well-being. Human Centric Lighting (HCL) aims to match light characteristics with human circadian rhythms by focusing on our need for certain light at different times of the day.

The ultra-durable powder topcoat is the last step to a truly outstanding finish that provides:

• Resistance to ultraviolet light

• Abrasion resistance

• Corrosion resistance

• Maximum adhesion

Cree’s DeltaGuard finish is backed by a 10 year warranty on applicable Cree exterior luminaires, and a 7 year warranty on applicable Cree steel light poles.

The same 3mm thickness of powder topcoat was applied to these two steel poles, which were then scored and exposed to a salt fog test for 2,500 hours.

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology provides the following options:

• Direct wireless control of the light source

• Create interconnected groups of luminaires for simultaneous control

• Create, configure and archive custom lighting scenarios

• Use timer option to schedule lighting scenarios at pre-determined times
