    I am looking for the opportunity to develop new skills while strengthening those I already possess. My main strengths are adaptability, curiosity and the ability to pick up and master skills quickly. This has led me to work and develop myself in a variety of areas: from academic subjects like civil engineering and architectural design, to performing arts, languages, gymnastics, lifeguarding and rainforest guiding. I try to learn something new from every experience and believe there is always room for self-improvement.

    Pentagram, California, USA - Architectural internship - (Oct 2015 - Nov 2015)

    Oversaw plans for a house renovation in London including production of 3D models Checked AutoCAD drawings

    Solved problems in building layout whilst liaising with client and head architect

    Tree of Life Tours, Costa Rica - Rainforest guide & engineer - [June 2014 - Aug 2014]

    Assisted on various one and two-day rainforest treks and helped with the renovation of a large rainforest cave

    Had to learn the relevant Spanish quickly in order to communicate with local guides Rainforest cave now has a sleeping area, several bathrooms, showers and a fully fitted kitchen

    Frey Vineyards, California, USA - Environmental internship - [Aug 2013 Sept 2013]

    Undertook a variety of tasks including customer hospitality, grape sugar testing and wine processing

    Built temporary accommodation as part of a sustainability project Factory production work required concentration and good communication between team members

    Willouby Farms, UK - Agricultural driver - [July 2012 Nov 2012]

    Worked as part of a summer harvest team on a 6000-acre arable farm in Lincolnshire Regularly worked 100+ hour weeks including 18 hour shifts in order to keep on schedule Worked for 42 days without a day off during the season

    Qualified as an RLSS Lifeguard Worked as a pool lifeguard outside school hours Learnt the importance of vigilance and professionalism Utilised training in order to save two lives; one in the Leisure Centre pool and one at sea while surfing
