1. RE-ISSUE of second ceiling plan A1.3including locations of mechanical access panels and coordination of locations of lights and mechanical diffusers: a. ADD/REVISE: ceiling mount access panels to locations and quantities
shown. Panels to be one-hour rated per plan notes. (note revision shows corrected panel types and adds one to the Chapel Area)
b. ADD: Wall mount plywood (draftstop) access panels in the attic space at 3 locations shown.
c. ADD: Plywood catwalks in the attic to access the new roof hatch and the required access to the 2 VAV boxes above the Reception Ceiling.
d. DELETE: Wood access panel previously shown in the Reception Ceiling. e. ADD: An oversized lay-in access panel from the Flower Prep area to the
Mezzanine above it (and indirectly to items noted in c. above) f. REVISE/COORDINATE: Casket lighting fixture type in the Chapel to
mount on sloped ceiling. g. REVISE: light fixture type in Toilets at the vanities to the new ceiling
mount fixture shown on the attached and in the revised Electrical Drawings attached.
h. REVISE: light fixture type in the Flower Prep Area to ceiling mount as shown on the Revised Electrical drawings attached.
i. ADD: Light and diffuser dimension. Note: This is still subject to field verification with trusses—confirm with Architect.
2. ADD: New ceiling mount lights in the Basement Crematory where the original
lights were damaged and removed with the ceilings as shown on the attached revised electrical drawing.
3. REVISE/COORDINATE DRAWING: Regarding framing dimensions at the flue
stack as shown based on field conditions and dimensions previously noted.
4. ADD: Roof hatch as shown on attached revised Roof Plan. 5. REVISE: Mechanical Plan per attached, including shifting unit slightly north
for ductwork clearances. (This is also reflected on the Roof Plan with the original ASI)
6. REVISE: Light Fixture designations based on RFI and sub-
contractor/engineer co-ordination, including IC rated fixtures. See attached revised (delta 4) electrical plans.
