In 2007 I cofounded LTFB Studio and since then I have undertaken medium size public buildings like School of Music and Arts and Dante Alighieri High School Expansion that were awarded and published on websites like archdaily.com and designboom.com. I coordinated projects from the inception to the end and I gained experience from the every phase of project and construction. I collaborated with foreign specialists and I succeed in managing costs, clients’ requirements, complex functions, regulations and legislation, I solved on site problems and achieved the main tasks of an efficient contemporary architecture that aims satisfying the people and city needs. My architecture portfolio as a team member in other offices consists of projects for office buildings, housing, residential and interior design. I am very involved in every project and I pay attention to every detail. I am skilled in a variety of software programs but I am also ready to learn other new things if necessary. I am now looking for the opportunity to develop my career in a new creative environment, to use my skills and experience and participate in other new great projects.

Responsibilities :

Main projects:

School of Music and Arts, 2012 (constructed, 5100sqm)

- a very complex medium size project with various complementary functions : music,

dance, plastic arts, concert halls, library, new media. The most challenging part of

the project was to obtain a big functional public space at the underground level to

minimize the costs of the deep foundation in a week terrain. We brought natural

light there and created the main public space of the building.

Dante Alighieri High School Expansion, 2012 (constructed, 3900sqm)

- a medium size building that enrich the study environment with more quality spaces

like: new study classrooms, courtyard, swimming pool, dance and festivities halls.

Façade Remodeling of multifunctional building (constructed, 1000sqm)

- we covered an unfinished and unattractive building with a white alucobond

membrane cut into the windows to bring light, but also to integrate the ventilation

system in order to minimize the installation costs. Inside the building we proposed

interior designs for various complementary functions that are missing in the

neighborhood.

Interior design of Victoriei Apartment (constructed)

- the task was to transform an old two rooms apartment into a three rooms

apartment for rent due to the proximity of a central four stars hotel. We created the

white apartment and transformed it in a very successful renting one.

- for every project we tried to accommodate the strict requirements of the clients

with an accurate and efficient design

Responsibilities :

Search Corporation Office Building - A large size office building where the main task was to design a double skin façade in

order to bring more energy efficiency. I was the project team leader and coordinated all foreign specialists.

Matei Millo Office Building - A large size office building with a very complex relation with the street and the

surroundings. I was involved in the concept design, visualization presentations and the developed project.
