PREPARING FOR YOUR CHECKUP Make sure that both partners have completed their questionnaires If one partner has completed the questionnaires and the other has not, resend the invitation to the partner who has not completed the questionnaire To resend the email click on the names of the partners in the Checkup Details box on your Dashboard. For example John Smith and Jamie Smith. From there it will give you the option to change their email (if incorrect) or resend the email invite. Click on the option you need. If you click on Resend the Invite it will give you two options. Option 1: Resend the automatic email that will come from [email protected] Option 2: You can copy the email text and manually send it from your own email account This option is preferable if the partner is not receiving the automated email due to their firewall If neither partner has completed their questionnaire yet, you will need to go through this process twice, so that you are resending the invitation individually to each partner For example: resend the invite to John Smith and then resend the invite to Jamie Smith Once both partners have completed their questionnaires click on the completed questionnaires under the Questionnaire column. Review both partners' top three strengths and concerns. You will need to have access to the top strengths and concerns for your initial Checkup session, so you can choose to print them or log back in and access them online via your dashboard.
