Event Synopsis:
A sweet 16, Arabian Nights/Moroccan themed party will be vibrant with color, we will use purple, gold, green and red colors. The party will be held at the Embassy in one of the Grand Ball rooms on March 23rd, 2013 at 6p.m. for 200 guests. The budget that was given was $15,000. This event will be a 4-5 hour event that will include dinner, cake, and entertainment. The décor will include lanterns and votives for the centerpieces. The linens will be a plum satin with a gold satin runner that will be on small tables (close to the ground) so that instead of chairs, colorful and decorative pillows will be used. Entertainment will include a DJ and a surprise performance by a belly dancer; the birthday girl will perform along with the belly dancer. There will be no take-a ways because of the experience that will be remembered.
