Gym Etiquette

• Gym users must wear standard workout cloths while in exercise area. Swimsuits, jeans and street clothes are not allowed.• Athletic shoes must be worn at all times. No sandals, open toed or boots are allowed on the workout floor• No bags are allowed on the workout floor. Please put your mobile phone on silent mode. No food or open drink containers are allowed on the workout floor.• Adjustments to the radio, DVD player, air conditioner or other equipment are to be made by the staff only• The management accepts no responsability for the loss of money or valuables brought in the gym.

• Members may only use the facilities, membership benefits and special discounts included within their membership category.• Members are asked to present their membership card and registrer at the Aquarius Spa & Health Club reception• Members can bring outside guests, who will be charged at the prevailing daily rates. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.• Children below 16 years of age may only use swimming pool facilities.• Proper attire must be worn at all times whilst using the Health Club facilities (i.e. szimming attire for the pool, exercise clothing and athletic shoes for the gym).• Members and guests are requested to only consume food and beverage items served by the hotel.• Members and guests are reminded to leave any valuable at home. The Aquarius Spa & Health Club is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.• The management shall have absolute discretion as to whether a person shall become or remain a member of theAquarius Spa & Health Club and shall have the right to expel or terminate the membership of any member for any reason which seems to the management to be good and sufficient without any explanation being given and without returning the member’s subscription of any part thereof.• Using the facilities by any member or guest is at their own risk. The Aquarius Spa & Health Club will not liable for any injuries or damage sustained while using the facilities.• In respect of other members, we kindly ask to switch off your mobile phones and pagers and keep the noise levels to a minimum in relaxation areas to keep our environment as tranquil as possible• The Aquarius Spa & Health Club are open daily for the members and guests. However, the management reserves the right to readjust the operation jours without prior notice or close the facilities in case of maintenance or other emergency situation.• All members and guests must observe and adhere to all Rules and Regulations of the Aquarius Spa & Health Club
