The OMEGA press consists of a stainless steel frame, a sludge distribution tank, a gravity draining section, a staggered plough assembly to ease draining, filtering belts, compression and alternate shearing sections, an automatic belt tensioning system by mechanical jack, an automatic belt tracking system by pneumatic jack, a belt washing system, a variable speed drive, an electrical control panel (optional), and internal plumbing and wiring.
