Why a Complete Streets ordinance?

Complete Streets give pedestrians, especially children, disabled and elderly, safety and mobility

Staff and the Environment Board will • Draft ordinance for review by Legal, to be

presented to Council on Nov. 11 • This schedule allows the City to receive credit

within the STAR (Sustainability Tools for Assessing and Rating for Communities) system.
