TENDER NOTICE

The Corporation is desired to insure stocks stored (Non-Hazardous stock) in its

Investor Godowns located at various places in the state for a period of One Year from the

date of 16.05.2015. The schedule of stock value to be insured is attached. The premium

should be quoted separately for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for covering the

following risk: -

1. Standard Fire & Special perils (including STFI & RSMD).

The Stock policy will be on Declaration (Average) basis.

Offers shall be submitted in sealed covers addressed to the ManagingDirector, A.P. State Warehousing Corporation, Hyderabad superscripted ~Insurance Cover for Stocks in APSWC Investor Godowns for the year2015-16" and shall be dropped in the tender box at A.P. StateWarehousing Corporation, Behind Gandhi Bhavan, Nampally,Hyderabad.

Conditional quotations will not be accepted. If the conditional quotationhappens to be 1st or 2nd lowest, which will be treated as invalid and thenext lowest quotation will be treated as 1st lowest as the case may be.

Offers cannot be withdrawn after opening of the bid cover. If quotation iswithdrawn after opening of the bid the quotationer will not be allowed toparticipate in future bids.

~ The Sealed quotations should be dropped in the tender box on 08.05.2015till 3.00 P.M and the quotations will be opened in the presence of thetenderers those who wish to present at their own cost on 08.05.2015 at3.30P.M.

~ The Managing Director, APSWC, Hyderabad reserves the right to acceptor reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof and does notbind himself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Note: 1. The successful tenderer should refund balance premium shall be paid with inone month from the date of submission of last declaration. Any delay beyondone month will attracts 24% interest P.A.

2. APSWC reserves the right to alter or revise the stock values or declaration ofstock values that may occur due to oversight i.e., clerical Itypographicalmistakes for which the Insurance company shall accept such revisions asvalid.

3. The Insurance Company shall accept stock declarations sent within 30 days ofthe closure of previous month by H.O. or any Warehouses.
