Thank You!We raised $187 from our

McDonalds McTeacher night! Thankyou to those that came out and aHUGE thank you to the teachers

for volunteering!

Dear DME Families,

There is only one month of school left for the2012 2013 school year! Can you believe it?What an amazing year it has been. With yourhelp and support the PTO has been able to domany wonderful things for the school. Mostrecently we have been able to:

*Provide $3,000.00 to cover the cost of allgrade levels for end of the year fieldtrips

*Purchase 1 year of Brain Pop, Brain Pop JR,& Brain Pop Spanish for the entireschool - $2,095.00

*Provide $500.00 to purchase Presidents

Challenge Awards for students*Reserve Mad Science for students who have

reached all of their AR goals this year-$400.00

*Provide FREE breakfast for all students

during AIMS testing week*Provide snacks to all AIMS testing studentsEarlier in the year the PTO provided each grade level with $1,500.00 to spend on needed classrooitems that would benefit students. I am pleased to say that the PTO has purchase all of the requesitems such as classroom books, math, science, and language arts activities and games, white boarand so much more!

As the year draws to an end the DME PTO would like to thank all of our amazing parents, studenfamilies, and school staff that has supported us. We could not do all of these wonderful things withoyou, so THANK YOU!

Cheers to a ROCKIN 2012 2013 school year!

Stop by Quiznos from 2pm-9pm and they will donate 30% of all sales back

to Desert Mountain! NO FLYER NEEDED!

Then, from 5pm-9pm, stop by Coldstone Creamery right next door fordessert! 20% of all sales go back to Desert Mountain! At 7:00 pm come seeMr. Schultz be made into a human sundae by students from the grade level

that wins the coin war!

This is a greatopportunity toraise funds for

the school and the

school district.Tell your family

and friends!

The MidFirst Bank Coin Van will also be on site

from 5-9pm counting the money from coin war!

They will match all donations made up to

$1,000!! $500 of the money raised will be

donated to the Queen Creek Schools Education

Foundation.

DME

Coin War!A penny is 1 point for your grade level, a nickel is 5 points, a dime

is 10 points and a quarter is 25 points. But watch out for thosedollar bills, because they are negative points! Each dollar bill takes

away 100 points!

Each grade level will have a large

container in the front office. During the

week of May 6th-10th, everyone in that

grade is encouraged to bring in as many

pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters

they can and put them in their gradelevels container! Put those dollar bills in

another grades container to be sure

that your grade will win!

GOAL

$1000MidFirst bank will

match all donations upto $1000 so lets reach

our goal!

The winning grade levelsprize will be based on how

much money we raise!

Be sure to join us at our Quiznos &

Coldstone Spirit Night on Friday,May 10th to see which grade wins!

The winning grades students will

get to make Mr. Schultz into a

human sundae at 7:00 m!
