Beat the Heat, Learn New Skills, and HAVE FUN!So Much Ramp Camp, So Little TimeDon’t let summer pass you by without spending time at Plan Nine Skatepark’s Summer Ramp Camp. Between the instruction, games, free skate, hot lunch, demos and contests, you may forget summer ever ends. The staff and instructors welcome you to a summer of fun and learning while the air conditioning and piled high lunches welcome you to a summer of rest and relaxation. From beginners to experts, camp will offer you new skills, new friends, and new memories you’ll take with you forever.A Day in the LifeCamp begins daily at 9am (drop off as early as 8am) with a little warm up. From there you’ll group up and learn new skills in AM instruction. Just as all your other friends start to roll out of bed, you’ll be cooling off from instruction, watching a video, or just hanging out until lunch. Lunch is served at noon and includes pizza, hamburgers, chicken strips and more. After lunch you’ll be given the oppor-tunity to work one on one or in small groups with your instructor to iron out those things that may need extra attention. If you don’t feel like skating or riding anymore

you can grab a few friends and play

dodgeball, basketball or other activities. At 2:30pm your guided instruction ends and the rest of the day is yours to enjoy. Skate, ride, hang out, it’s up to you.Safety, Fun, and LearningOur job is to make sure you have fun, learn news skills, and most of all, be safe. With ramps designed for all skill levels our instructors can safely guide you to all the tricks you want to learn. THE FOAM PITTry New Tricks With a

Soft LandingThe foam pit is the perfect place to try all the tricks you can think without worrying about the landing. With three unique access points you can try box jump tricks, quarter pipe tricks and gap tricks into the foam. Our Ramp Camp Instructors will help you perfect them in the foam so you can take them to rest of the park. The foam is all about fun, so learn something new or just jump into it for kicks.

After School DetentionApr. 4-7, 11-14, 18-21, 25-28 2:30pm-6:45pmThis will be the only detention you’ll ever want to get! Come skate or ride the park after school days most Mondays through Thursdays and get Sessions #3 and #4 for the price of one.

Group LessonsApr. 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, 10am-12pmSkateboard and BMX lessons will be every Saturday morning during the 10am-12pm session beginning promptly at 10:15am. It is a hour and a half group program aimed towards all skill levels and ages. Cost is only $22 and includes your group lesson and the 10am-12pm session. Pre-registration is not necessary.

Photo SessionApr. 12th, 4:45pm-9pmEver wanted to get professional photos of you riding your bike or skateboard? Now is your chance. Every month Plan Nine Skatepark will have a photo session with a guest photographer on hand to snap photos, the pics will be available for purchase at the end of the session or for download off our website. Two for one session price during the photo session.All NighterApr. 8th, 9pm-7amA Plan Nine All Nighter just like you remember. En-joy the park all night plus dodgeball, knock-out, foot down, skate jams and more. Free pizza at midnight. Only $25 for the entire night, arrive as early as 8pm.

Game of S.K.A.T.E. sponsored by FallenApr. 28th, 4:45pm-9pmPlan Nine has teamed up with Fallen Footwear to bring you a monthly Game of Skate competition at Plan Nine Skatepark. It will be a classic style game of skate separated into two classes (13 and under, 14 and over). Cost to enter is only $12 and gets you the event entry and open session from 4:45-9pm.Late Skate (or ride)Apr. 23rd, 9pm-MidnightRide the park til the wee hours of the night.
