The Division ac- cepts complaints from citizens who feel that they have been dis- criminated against in housing because of their race, color, religion, national origin, gender, familial status, or disability. Division staff members provide intake, investigation and enforcement of com- plaints. Division Staff have been certified by HUD to provide these services as well as Fair Housing education, training and outreach.
