How To Stop Worrying and Start Living

When we start to worry and feel restless and anxious, we have started to let focus on the wrong things.

If you take your eyes off the challenges and place them on the truth about you in Christ with gratitude, you begin to experience all that has been freely given to you.

Remember, He has already blessed us with everything that pertains to life and godliness

Our hearts and minds are divine gifts to freely receive everything that has already been provided by a loving Father.

Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27Which of you by worrying can add one [j]cubit to his [k]stature?28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not [l]arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Jesus is telling us that if the birds and lilies are taken care of, how much more can we trust a Loving Father to take care of us. Realize the truth within, to experience abundance on the outside.

Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

The Father doesn't bless you based on whether or not you qualify, they are freely given by a lovely Father… “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things” Romans 8:32

Our hearts and minds are divine gifts with unlimited potential to receive everything the Father has freely given.

Instead of worry/guilt/shame…It feels so wonderful to realize The Father loves me perfectly and keeps no record of wrong.

Instead of lack…I am so thankful and grateful The Father has blessed me. All of His abundance and favor is flowing into my life right now.

When things appear to go wrong---It feels so wonderful to be loved and supported by a loving Father. All things work together for my good. He makes even my mistakes to prosper.

Instead of “trying to be healed or have enough faith” …It feels so wonderful to know that I am vibrant, whole…all of His love and warmth is flowing through every atom of my body at all times.
