Come see those huge balls of dough and watch us shape it into delicious loaves. We sometimes have to use a bowl lift to get the many pounds of dough out of the bowl and onto the table! What fun! We love it!

A Story…A great Story...

The other day I was chatting with a customer about all our delicious bread and goodies and telling them about how we never use any mixes or artificial preservatives, how we mill our non-GMO, pesticide free wheat every day in the bakery, how we make each loaf by hand, how our bread flour is unenriched and unbleached, how we only use honey or sugar never high fructose corn syrup,

how the bread process is five hours from start to finish, how the bakery smells amazing at 4:00 am, and how we love what we do! They stared at me, wondering if I was going to keep talking. When

they realized I had paused to take a breath, they took the opportunity to boldly say:

“So, You are The Real Bakery!” Yep, we are the real deal!

What a compliment!
