M/I Homes Posts Record Sales(Triangle, NC – March 18, 2013)—M/I Homes has shattered all previous sales records. Dur-ing the month of February, the company sold 51 homes throughout the Triangle. The previous record was set in March 2009 when the company sold 41 homes.

A large portion of the February sales, 17 homes, can be attributed to the recent opening of Townes at Amberly in West Cary. These town-homes start in the low $200s and all have 2-car garages.
