Weekend: Sat. 8:30am & 4:30pm—Vigil; Sun. 7:00, 8:30, 10:00 & 11:30am (Solemn Mass with Incense), 8:30am Latin Ext. Form—Crypt/Lower Church, 1:15pm Spanish Weekday: Mon., Tues., Thurs. & Fri. 7am & 8:30am; Wed. 8:30am & 5:30pm. (Fri. 8:30AM is an all school Mass during the academic year) Eucharistic Adoration: In the Adoration Chapel beginning at 9:15am Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament at 8pm

Reconciliation: (Confession): Sat. 9-9:30am, 3:30-4pm or by appointment. Baptism: Baptism is conferred by appointment on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. At least one parent must be registered and a practicing member of the parish. Parents are requested to call the office (244-4709) to register for the pre-baptism class and date for baptism. Marriage: At least one of the parties must be registered and a practicing member of the parish. Please contact the office at least 8 months prior to the proposed date of the wedding. Funeral: Please contact a funeral home and they will notify the parish office. Newcomers/Addresses: Registration online or in business of-fice. Please notify the office with address changes. Parish Library; Please visit the parish library next to the church located in the elevator foyer. The library is open everyday and books are available for check out.

St. Vincent de Paul 25th Annual Charity Golf Outing, Monday, May 9, 2016 Willow Creek Golf Course
Make up your own foursome and join other members of the community for a day of fun and companionship. Should you require a player or two to complete the foursome we’ll be glad to fill in. This is a best-shot event with shotgun start at 10:00 am. Fee includes: door prizes and achievement awards for men and women, ½ cart, and a buffet dinner catered by Willow Creek Catering. Beer and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 3:30 pm with dinner following at 4:30 pm at Willow Creek Club house. Also, participate in our raffles and try for a new car with our hole-in-one, sponsored by Hummel’s Nissan. Cost for this day of fun is $100 per person. Dinner tickets for non-golfers may be obtained with a donation of $35.00.Registration and fees need to be paid by April 27, 2016. If you are a woman between the ages of 21 and 45, and have a desire to learn about issues related to care of the earth, solidarity with those who are poor and peace and nonviolence, all while serving in a variety of Franciscan-sponsored ministries in the Milwaukee area, then this Franciscan Pilgrimage of Service experience is for you! As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to experience each ministry visited as a “holy site” in the spirit of pilgrimage. This volunteer experience, co-sponsored by the Dubuque Franciscans and the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, Milwaukee, provides the opportunity for you to contribute your talents, time and commitment in service among people who are poor. March for life: The pilgrimage continues Join Iowans for LIFE Saturday April 30th from 1-3 at our rooftop garden on the top of the Market One Building located at 130 E. 3rd St. Des Moines for a March for Life Event. Hear stories from participants on last year’s historic trip and #TurnpikeMass as well as gather information for the 2017 March for Life. We will have food, drink and good fellowship. The St. Anthony Altar & Rosary Society will host their annual May Crowning and Breakfast Sunday May 1st. Members and their guests
should meet in the elevator foyer at 8:15 am to receive their flow-ers & be ready to process in. The May Breakfast will be held following Mass in the Parish Hall.
This will include the instillation of the new officers for the 2016/2017 year. President Fran Ali, Vice-President Jody Hunter,
Secretary Mershell Putman and continuing on as Treasurer Sue Au-gustin. The guest speaker will be Erin Kiernan. Tickets are $7.50 and are available after all of the Masses or at the door that morn-
ing. Reminder there are no monthly meetings during the summer months. We still have our Mass at 8:30 am the 1st Sunday of each month.

Our Annual Diocesan Appeal effort continues. Please make your pledge or make your check

a special thanks to Todd Bordenaro for his leadership in bringing us to another successful ADA
year.
