THREE THINGS YOU MUST DO TO SOAR ON WINGS LIKE EAGLES

1. THERE MUST BE A STRONG RIGHT WING OF LOVE FOR GOD

2. THERE MUST BE A STRONG LEFT WING OF FEAR OF GOD

3. THERE MUST BE TWO SHARP EYES FIXED IMMOVABLY ON THE LORD JESUS

EYES FIXED ON THE LORD JESUS

Hebrews 12:2Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Matthew 28:20 (NIV)and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 11:28(MSG) “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”

Matthew 11:28(CEV)If you are tired from carrying heavy burdens, come to me and I will give you rest.

2.) YOUR EYES MUST FOCUS ON THE LORD JESUS AT ALL TIMES

(GW) We must focus on Jesus, the source and goal of our faith. He saw the joy ahead of him, so he endured death on the cross and ignored the disgrace it brought him. Then he received the highest Position in heaven, the one next to the throne of God.

Things get blurred when not properly focused on the Lord Jesus travelling to reach destination is difficult when vision is blurred. You may take a wrong turn when vision is blurred then pursue a wrong direction.

Philippians 3:15-16 (MSG)So let’s keep focused on that goal, those of us who want everything God has for us. If any of you have something else in mind, something less than total commitment, God will clear your blurred vision—you’ll see it yet! Now that we’re on the right track, let’s stay on it.

GOD WILL CLEAR YOUR

BLURRED VISION
