• The Company acts in exclusive secondary market and has a team of 23 brokers, workingin the boutique of properties concept.

• Acquisition of 60% of the business with a base value of R$ 24.3 million;

• No compete commitment from the partner after leaving the Company provided in thecontract.

• now holds exclusivity for all mortgage loans from Imóvel A Consultoria deImóveis, expanding its platform to penetrate this market.
