Sealed Buttons

The PBSC APR Door Interlock System

• The push buttons are mounted into the frame next to the door above the maglock

• The buttons are mounted into a welded back box with conduit connection to remove the possibility of leakage through the buttons

• Buttons are sealed with a clear silicone cover

• The buttons are removable for service without opening the frame or breaking the integrity.

• Excellent leakage resistance – by design

Pneumatic Panel (optional PLC upgrade)

• PBSC supply a pneumatic panel with the doors to control the seal inflation and deflation

• The panel standard operation is to connect to the building supply compressed air and building BMS system.

• As shown on the photo to the left the panel is available with its own PLC which can send alarm signals to a BMS system

• The pneumatic panel is also available with its own compressed air supply as shown to the left.

• A back up pump on the system is available as a fail safe option with an alarm if one of the pumps fails.
