Enter valid URL; the following screen will be displayed. Enter valid User Name, Password and click on

Login button as shown in the below screen.

After clicking on Login button, the following screen will be displayed. Then select the List of Services link

as shown in the below screen.

After clicking on the LIST OF SERVICES link, the following screen will be displayed and select the required

Service link APPSC Dept Exam Service link as shown in the below screen.

After selecting the APPSC Dept Exam Service link, the following application screen will be displayed.

Click on Declaration check box, enter OTPR ReferenceID and click on Go button as shown in the below

screen.

Note 1: Applicant applying for Departmental Testes, need to upload the corresponding documents for

the following departments.

1) Guajarati Language Test (Candidates shall download the filled in application form and upload

in the Commission Website duly attested by HoD)

2) Marwari Language Test(Candidates shall download the filled in application form and upload in

the Commission Website duly attested by HoD)

3) Fisheries Department Test-II (satisfactory completion of training certificate from the State

Fisheries Training Institute, Kakinada)

4) Divisional Test (Service Certificate duly signed by controlling officer)

5) D.T for Mines and Geology (Service Certificate duly signed by controlling officer)

Note 2: Applicant who prefers Scribe need to upload the medical certificate.

After clicking on “GO” button, the following screen will be displayed. Select radio button (Yes/No) for Do

You need a Scribe and click on Continue button as shown in the below screen.

After clicking on Continue button, the following screen will be displayed. Select Applicant Type(Andhra

Pradesh State Government Employee or Others), select papers appearing for, select Radio button as

(Yes/No) for Are You Applying for Divisional Test, Select radio button (Yes/No) for Are You Applying for

Criminal Judicial Test and click on ADD button as shown in the below screen.

After clicking on ADD button, the following screen will be displayed. Click on Submit button for

Submitting the application as shown in the below screen.

After clicking on Submit button the following screen will be displayed. Click on OK button as shown in

the below screen.

After clicking on Ok button the following screen will be displayed. Click on Print button for taking the

printout of the receipt and click on Back button for go back to home page as shown in the below screen.
