Despite my autism, I feel able to advocate for myself, and was confident that any reasonable learning support provision that I asked for would be given to me. This is thanks in part to the excellent support I received from the college. My progress and wellbeing were monitored and helped me to negotiate for additional resources, such as mathematics revision activities. My Tutor offered an “open door policy”, where I felt comfortable raising any issues I might have.
