AppOne System Requirements

Processor

Intel- or AMD-based PC.

Note:

Apple computers such as the iMac or MacBook, tablets including the iPad, and smart phones

of any kind are not supported by AppOne.

Memory

1GB minimum RAM recommended

Printer

Injket or laser printer (Laser printed recommended. California and Michigan require color printers)

Internet

High speed internet (Cable, DSL or T1 or higher)

Operating System

Windows XP with SP3/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8

Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher

Browser

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher with 128 bit SSL enabled (see Advanced—Security

Settings), Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are also supported by AppOne.

Google Chrome Browser Settings

Temporary Internet Files and Cookies

AppOne recommends that you set up Google Chrome to accept cookies, images, and Javascript

from AppOne. Select the appropriate Allow radio buttons or set an exception.

1. Click the Google Chrome menu icon in the upper-right corner.

2. From the menu, select Settings.

3. Select the Show advanced settings link at the bottom of the page.

4. Scroll down to the Privacy section.

5. Click the Content settings button.

6. Make sure these options are selected (or set exceptions):

Under Cookies, select Allow local date to be set.

Under Images, select Show all images.

Under JavaScript, select Allow all sites to run JavaScript.

Cookies, Images and JavaScript Exceptions

Instead of generally allowing cookies, images, and JavaScript, you can set up an exception. From

the Content settings dialog:

1. Click the corresponding Manage exceptions button.

2. In the Hostname pattern box, enter

*.appone.net.

3. In the Behavior list, select Allow.

4. Click the Done button.

Pop-Up Blocker

AppOne recommends that you set up your pop-up blocker to display pop-ups from AppOne. You can

do this by turning pop-ups on or by setting an exception.

1. Click the Google Chrome menu icon in the upper-right corner.

2. From the menu, select Settings.

3. Select the Show advanced settings link at the bottom of the page.

4. Scroll down to the Privacy section.

5. Click the Content settings button.

6. Under Pop-ups, make sure Do not allow any site to show pop-ups is selected.

7. Click the Manage exceptions button.

8. In the Hostname pattern box, enter:

9. Click the Done button.

Add-Ins/Extensions

No add-in or extension settings are necessary in Google Chrome.
