HOW DO I APPLY AND AUDITION?
1. Fill out the online application form available at TSO.CA/TSYOauditions.
2. Follow the online payment portal provided at the end of your application to submit your audition fee.
3. Submit your application and audition fee online by Friday, August 3, 2018.
4. After your application and audition fee are processed, you will be sent audition details and repertoire via email.
5. You will be informed of your audition date, time, and location via email, no later than August 31, 2018. All auditions will take place September 7–9, 2018.

WHAT IS THE TSYO TIME COMMITMENT?
The TSYO season runs from September to April. TSYO rehearsals generally take place 2:30–5:30pm on Saturday afternoons at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Music. Weekly email updates are sent to all TSYO members and should be checked frequently as rehearsal information is subject to change. In addition to weekly rehearsals and the season highlights, the TSYO hosts several masterclasses and other exciting activities throughout the year.

WHO CAN AUDITION?
• Anyone 22 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2018
• Instruments: Flute/Piccolo, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Bass Trombone, Tuba, Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Percussion, Harp, Piano (orchestral keyboards)
HOW MUCH DOES THE TSYO COST?
The TSYO is tuition-free. Each successful applicant will be accepted as a TSYO member on a scholarship (valued at $5,000 per member) provided by the TSO and our generous supporters.
Audition fee: $65.00 (non-refundable)
