Application information and “how-to” guide The College of New Caledonia offers all programs through three semesters in each calendar year. Semester start dates are: September (fall semester) January (spring semester) May (summer semester) It is best to apply at least six months before the semester you plan to attend. However, applications are accepted until the start date of each semester, providing there are seats available in the program for which you apply. To qualify for admission, you must meet the following requirements: English as a Second Language - Be 17 years of age Certificate, Diploma, Associate Degree, or University Transfer - Be 18 years of age - Completed high school, or the equivalent of BC Grade 12 - Meet all program requirements - Have a minimum TOEFL score of 80 (IBT), an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent, or have completed English for Academic Purposes at CNC Your application process 1. Submit your completed application, required documents, and $125 application fee. 2. If you meet general admission requirements, you will be sent a Letter of Offer (by e-mail only). 3. Once you have received your Letter of Offer, you will need to finalize your education funding. 4. CNC requires a tuition deposit from all International applicants. Once we receive your deposit of $6,500 and have all oustanding documents, we will send you a conditional Letter of Acceptance providing you meet the program’s requirements. 5. As soon as you receive your Letter of Acceptance, you should complete a Study Permit application at your nearest Canadian Consulate. 6. The College of New Caledonia offers all programs through three semesters ineach calendar year. Semester start dates are:

Your application process1. Submit your completed application, required documents, and $125 application fee.

2. If you meet general admission requirements, you will be sent a Letter of Offer (by e-mail only).

Refund Policy

1. Application fees are non-refundable.

2. There is a $300 administration fee charged on all refunds.

3. Applicants are eligible for a refund only if they are denied a Student Visa. Proper and officialdocumentation must be provided along with the Refund Request form.
