Observations• Recruitment crews don’t have a commonplace to

communicate and make sure tasks are completed.

• Loose voting sheets are unorganized and a waste of paper.


Observations• Sending multiple e-mails or texts regarding

recruitment times, locations and other information gets confusing.

• Physically tallying votes is inefficient and can lead to error.


Draft Ideas• Application would store recruitment information

times/places in one convenient place & would be regularly updated.

• Application would give crews a place to delegate and complete tasks.

smartphones/iPads so there could be quick and efficient voting.
