When user will be go through the link of Digital Signature Registration since user will be facing some problem regarding to use this link these type of problem solve in the 4 steps option A, B, C, D those are explain given in below.

A- For 32/64 bit Operating system user download and install java explanation for both version(Older JRE version, New JRE version )

Pre-requisites:-

Operating System Windows 7JRE Version Oracle JAVA (32/64 -BIT) 1.6 Update 29 or aboveBrowser Internet Explorer version 7,8,9, 10 and above

A-For 32/64 bit Operating system: - please follow the guidelines for 32 bit system.

1-Download the JAVA version from internet:-

JRE Version Oracle Java(32) bit 1.6 Update or Above from the internet

2-Installation: - Double click on exe file which is downloading from internet and click the “RUN” then opened a new window “JAVA Setup-Welcome” tile click on “Install” button.

When you followed the step java setup install successfully on your System.


3-Verifing Installed Java:-

B-How to Add Site to “Exception Site List”

Please follow these instructions to add the site to “Exception Site List”.

Go to Start->Control Panel->Java-> click on Java Icon then Opened the “Java Control Panel” dialog box then go to

Security tab->Edit Site List-> click on Edit Site List then opened the Exception Site List dialog box

C- Add site URL to trusted sites in browser

After add exception site list in java control panel now open the Internet Explorer (IE) browser

Go to Tools->Internet Options->Security-> click on Trusted Sites Icon in “Select a Zone to view or change security settings” area and then click on Sites button after that will open a new dialog box Trusted Sites, in the “Add the website to the zone field” click on Add and then Close then OK .

D- How to run java applet when using “Digital Certificate signature”


When user go through your link after login go to Edit Profile->Digital Certificate Registration

When user click the “Digital Certificate registration link” from figure if java is not install already in your system then you will be get some user interface instruction. So please you can follow with these instruction.

When user does not add site to Exception site List then you can get some message dialog box from java security such as Java Console, Java Application Blocked (from figure2, figure 3) so you must go to option B and then C ,from where you can add site to Exception site list and add site to Trusted site after that all of process you must close your all browser(IE, Firefox, Chrome).

When you have successfully configure all preferences and click on “Digital Certificate Registration”

You can get successful message dialog box (figure 3) and will be site open properly.

check to this “I accept the risk and want to run this application” and click on run.

E-Registration FORM 1

Now registration process of FORM 1 for that you can navigate Registration- > FORM 1-> Submit a New FORM 1- > Single Product

Step 3- If you can use Digital Signature Certificate of Form-1 must check the “Sign Form-1 with my registered Digital Signature Certificate” which is in yellow mark. Step by Step is given below.

Step 6- If you have checked yellow mark from above then you got an alert dialog box of “Bouncy Castle Provider” so check the “I accept the risk and want to run the application” and click on RUN.


Step 7- If you are first time filling process of registration then you got alert box of “Enter User PIN”.

So you are entering the PIN.

Step 8- Then you have got a successful message “Your Form-1 Application has been successfully”.
