Pour ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice and stir.

1 oz (30 ml) Rhum Agricole Blanc3 dashes The Bitter Truth – Tonic Bitters1/3 oz (10 ml) Sugar Syrup (or 1 Sugar Cube)

Pour all ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice & stir.

PGIN SOUR

2 oz (50 ml) Gin3 dashes The Bitter Truth – Tonic Bitters1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice3/4 oz (20 ml) Sugar Syrup

Shake with ice and strain into a sour glass.

PSAKE MARTINI

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

APPLEJACK MAN

2 oz (50 ml) Applejack1 oz (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth3 dashes The Bitter Truth – Tonic Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

PBLUE MOON

1 1/2 oz (40 ml) Gin1/2 oz (15 ml) Dry Vermouth1/2 oz (15 ml) The Bitter Truth – Violet Liqueur3 dashes The Bitter Truth – Tonic Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

THE BAIRN

2 oz (50 ml) Scotch Whisky3/4 oz (20 ml) Orange Curaçao Liqueur3 dashes The Bitter Truth – Tonic Bitters
