Academics CoordinatorThis Module allows the school to manage all the key details pertaining to teaching and non-teaching staff at the school ensuring complete transparency in staff background and their potential in the school. It also encompasses Lesson Plan, Eating Habits and Achievements of Students.


Human Resources ManagementThis Module help in synchronizing all HR functions of School. For management it useful in performance records, appraisal, attendance, manpower recruitment, PF and IT Deductions. Students and Faculty attendance is auto generated.


Employee HR PortalLogin IDs will be available for each and every individual. This helps the individual to keep records, check and make requests. It reduces hassles for school administration.


Teacher ApplicationTeaching in ERP Module displays the details of all staff members of School. It also gives access to Teachers to plan Lessons, Assessment Reports of Student and communication to the parents and Students.


Admission ManagementAdmission In-Charge Module handles Admission Process of Students. It incorporates Physical Quantity of Forms, Sold and available, Enquiry Forms, Application Forms, Registration of Students and admission approval for a specific class and section. It also enables management to reject the Students based on their performance in Test / Interview.


Attendance ManagementAttendance In-Charge Modules provides details of Student attending daily class, leaves in current year thus helping automatically for mentioning in Report Cards. Attendance In-charge can also send SMS / e-mails from system to parents in case of shortfall in attendance by students.


Alumni ManagementThe Alumni In-charge takes control of alumnus of a school, who have registered on the schools website and once approved, they will receive all news, jobs, fund-raising or other event updates on the Alumni dashboard. They can also search for their batch mates or friends and also send them requests to join the alumni network.


Library ManagementLibrary Module brings automation to library management in a school allowing it to manage departmental libraries and inter-library transfers, store resource details including books, journals & multimedia resources for easy retrieval later and manage stock verification, enable search and reservation of the resources online, manage serial and subscription management including issue, return and reservations.


Transport ManagementTransport In-Charge provides a fully automated system for managing the routes of hundreds of students travelling on their school buses daily. It enables safe and timely transportation to students from their boarding station to the school and back. It encompasses Bus Availability at desired destination, new request for transport, inventory of School Bus and Route Planning. Also it can send SMS to parents in case a specific bus is late en-route.


Fee Management (Fee In-Charge)Fee In-Charge Module ensures fee processing automation by creation and management of fee types and fee periods, helping in management of concessions, enabling bank reconciliation, sending auto SMS and e-mail alerts for fee reminders, generating reports such as fee register, providing parent login at institution website for viewing fee paid and dues.


Fee Management (Fee Clerk)Fee Clerk Module collects school fee, after Waiver to students on various grounds, print report on the basis of Fee Heads and keeping daily collection of Fee in terms of Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfers. An Email is sent by Fee Clerk to management of the School on daily basis for Cash in Hand and Register.


Miscellaneous Collection ManagementCollection In-charge enables management to track different receipts like Fee, vendor payments, tour Support, Admin collection and other Fines. A daily report is generated by this module and sent to management for the same.


Alumni PortalAlumni Portal enables ex-students to get the latest news, events and job profiles at their school. Alumni students can get in touch with their class mates at regular intervals and can plan their get together in sync with school authorities. They can share photographs, news, status, Job change and Donations. It builds a lifelong relationship between school and students.


Parent PortalParent Portal provides seamless and timely information flow between the school and parents/guardians. Using parent Module, the school can communicate with students and their parents using auto generated Email and SMS facility on various matters and in turn parents can monitor their wards performance. It also welcomes suggestions and complaints from parents.


Student PortalStudent Portal provides student to log and track their Homework, Assignments, Report Cards, Attendance, Holidays, events and fests, self-service, library book refund and fine applicability and details of fee deposit and due dates.


Principal ApplicationPrincipal Application module enables Principal to supervise faculty performance, student activities, fee Collection, Admission Approval to new student, Registration and De Registration of Students, Assigning Bus Routes and Appraisal Remarks to students & Staff Members. It gives complete information of academics as well as other staff and students working in school.


Time Table GenerationTime Table module Designs Daily time table of the School. It inculcates efficiency in time usage of Faculty members and Staff and manages stress levels of both students and teachers optimally. It can readjust summer and winters time table according to School/ Govt. Authority Instructions.
