BRAND BOOK

Apollo Bank is a newly capitalized, locally-owned and

managed community bank. We are an entrepreneurial

bank focused on great service and client engagement.

The bank was originally formed in 2001 as Union

Credit Bank. The bank was acquired in March 2010

by Apollo Bancshares Inc., a bank holding company

based in Miami, FL. In June 2011, the bank’s name

was officially changed to Apollo Bank. Apollo Bank’s

mission is to be recognized as the best run bank in

the state of Florida as measured in the eyes of its

clients, shareholders, regulatory partners, and em-

ployees.
