ABOUT The APEX Program, sponsored by St. Vrain Valley Schools, is open to students in grades kindergarten through 12, and is designed to support families who choose to educate their children at home by providing enriching classes and curriculum resources. Parents remain the primary instructional provider, with the school supplementing and complementing their efforts. Families participating in the APEX program receive instruction and most educational materials at no cost. The APEX program is funded by tax dollars provided through St. Vrain Valley Schools.

ATTENDANCE AND ENROLLMENTAttendance: Students who enroll in APEX attend six hours of classes one day per week and are considered part-time public school students.

Enrollment: APEX enrolls students through October 1 of the school calendar year. Families may register with APEX regardless of which district they reside in at apexhomeschool.org.

APEX SILVER (K-12) TRACKAPEX Silver offers an academic and performing arts focus with a full scope and sequence in all academic areas throughout elementary, middle and high school, and highlights our outstanding music and theater departments.

Classes: Art, Choir, Drama, Musical Theater, Piano, String Ensemble, World Percussion, Earth Science, Life Science, Physical Science, Biology (with dissections), Chemistry, Physics, Pre-Algebra to Pre-Calculus, Computer Skills, Robotics, U.S. and World History, Government/Civics, Spanish, French and more.

APEX BLUE (K-8) TRACKAPEX Blue offers technology integration in music, drama, science and language arts courses and utilizes fewer textbooks and more group hands-on exploration in all grade levels.

The Blue Track offers a unique opportunity to second grade students. Students spend the first half of the day with one teacher exploring math, science, social studies and language arts. Later, they rotate to art, physical education and music explorers.
