Aims & Objectives

The DeLever APC Final Assessment Preparation Day is facilitated by Jon Lever FRICS who has spent the last 25 years involved in the APC process and trained thousands of APC candidates and Assessors. No one else has the APC experience Jon has and you’ll have his undivided attention for over 6 hours of high-quality training and CPD. Jon will be ably assisted by hand picked DeLever APC experts all of whom are active APC Final Assessment Assessors.

Jon will walk you step-by-step through the APC Final Assessment, how to approach your competency requirements, how to get your documents right first time, how to prepare for your assessment, how to approach the BIG day, including a walk on the wild side into the real Final Assessment interviews, recorded at DeLever’s mocks, and a wealth of other hints, tips and APC resources to ensure you ACE your APC first time.

The preparation day blends seminars with workshops and interactive content and discussion forums so you can stay engaged all day and ensuring you don’t walk away without the full appreciation of what you are embarking upon and how best to demonstrate your competence knowledge and experience to your assessment panel.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask any APC questions at the APC Preparation day and if you happen to forget anything you’ll have the opportunity for a further 2 weeks to interactively chat with the APC experts you’ll meet on the day.
