walk away (+-500m).For golfers, the courses of Alto Golf and the Championship Corse of Penina are a

mere 5/10 min. drive away. The complex also has a private Swimming Pool with surrounding Garden.

2 Bedroom Apartment

The 2 bedroom apartments consists of a lounge dining area with an open plan kitchen/breakfast bar,

2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower.

The apartment is fully licenced for rental by the Portuguese authorities.

Bathroom: Fully fitted with bidet, wash basin/vanity unit toilet and bath shower.

Living room; spacious lounge, patio doors on to terrace (balcony) with sea/pool view. Sofa makes 2

single beds, dining table with seating for 6.Flat screen tv showing a selection English speaking

channels, as well as local ones. Wi-fi available.

The Lounge area has a terrace (balcony) overlooking either the swimming pool or the sea.

Kitchen: Good sized open kitchen, with breakfast bar adjoining the dining area, fully equipped with

oven hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric Kettle, toaster, washing machine (just in the 2

bedroom apartment)

Accessibility

The building has a lift, but there are some steps to access the main courtyard, apartments and

swimming pool areas.

Outside

The Complex has a private outdoor swimming pool with surrounding garden, and loungers for

comfort and relaxation.

Changeover day

We are flexible on changeover days, but they are always subject to confirmation, Check-in time is

from 15 to 18.30am, and check-out until 11 am. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs may be possible,

but always subject to confirmation.

Booking notes

We require email confirmation of booking and a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remainder amount

is to be paid up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. Upon receipt, you will be send confirmation,

along with details for arrival and driving instructions from Faro Airport. Transfers can be arranged if

requested, with cost and availability subject to prior confirmation.

The lovely sandy beach of Alvor, is located a mere 5 minutes walk (+-500meters away)

For golfers the courses of Alto Golf (and Country Club) and Gramacho, Quinta do Morgado and

Palmers are 15 minutes drive away.

How to get there

Faro airport is 65 Km(roughly 1 hour drive)away. Lisbon airport is 300Km(roughly3 hours drive away)

Distances

Alvor Village center is a mere 100meters away, Portimão City is 4 km away, and the Praia da Rocha

beach is roughly 2 km away.

Plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants in the Village, All guests staying will also receive a

15%discount at the near by great local established Italian restaurant “Al Dente”.

Local large Supermarkets close by as well, with Intermaché just across the road and Pingo Doce, just

10 minutes walk away.

Location

Alvor, is a coastal fishing village with its old center and narrow streets lively (and not to

commercial) with numerous bars, shops restaurants. The 3 miles of golden sandy beach is superb

and only a few minutes walk from the apartments, and is one of the best in the Algarve.

The boardwalk along the dunes makes the nature reserve accessible for everyone.

For golfers this is a perfect location with the championship course of Penina just 10 minutes drive,

Alto Golf course 5 minutes away and Gramacho, Palmares and Quinta do Morgado all within 15

minutes drive.

There is something here for all ages.

Poirtimão city center and Praia da Rocha are 5 minutes drive away and feature a Municipal Theatre

and Museum.

Plenty of boat trips, water parks to chose from.

Zoomarine and a number of historic places to visit.

The Faro International Airport is 50 minutes drive.
