• Frank McGuinness : A business and technical design specialist with 12 years experience in companies such as Meteor, Iona, AOL and Digital. Frank has also recently completed a Masters in ICT management and entrepreneurship at Trinity College, Dublin. As part of the course he completed a thesis titled “Electronic Contracting in Ireland”.
• Maureen McGrady : Maureen studied law in NUI Galway and completed her Corporate Law Degree and LLB in 1999. She now runs her own practice McGrady Sweeney & Co. in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
• At the moment, Frank is the only one that is working on the venture full time. I have great support from Steve Plunkett, EI mentor, RDC and Dundalk IT, and with the help of 3 DKIT placement students, who were with me since January 2011; I have a bare bones version of the service available. Key hires for the coming year will be will be a Technical Director and a Sales Director; negotiations have already started with people for both these roles.

As well as the ROI, a business angel investor will receive 31.91% in preference shares that will vest at the end of year 3.
The AONTU venture has been approved by Enterprise Ireland to be registered under the Business Expansion Scheme. AONTU is in the process of getting RICT Outline approval from Revenue.
