Originates from the most fertile of the Caribbean Islands, where plantations of sugarcane adjoin those of cocoa, tropical fruit and nutmeg. This rich, slightly spicy rum develops aromas of jasmine and tea, with exotic notes of pineapple, banana and vanilla.

Due to its long fermentation and pot still distillation, this rum is intense and highly aromatic. Its lovely mahogany colour reveals a range of exotic aromas, with notes of plantain, ripe fruit and confectionery. A generous palate and plenty of length.
