Arabian United Float Glass Co. is the first independent float line in the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in 2006 as a closed stock company by large strategic institutional investors such as Al-Ayuni Investment and Contract-ing Company, National Gas and Industrial Company, Saudi Real Estate Company, National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia and Al-Rashid Group, in addition to a number of prestigious individual investors, giving UFG a strong solid start. From the Plant strategic location in Yanbu City by Red Sea, UFG contacted reputed Technology Providers in Europe, USA and Far East to build its 350,000 square meters and 600 tons/day Modern and state of the art manufacturing plant to ensure the best quality glass production with a wide range of thickness, colors and sizes enabling us to satisfy the needs of our valued customers. In 2009 UFG successfully started producing Clear Float Glass having quality matching with international standards. UFG started producing Tinted Light Green Glass in 2010 to become the first in the region. With an objective of fur-ther product diversification in the Succeeding years, UFG entered into automotive market segment with thin Light green tinted glass. Short After, UFG started its new copper/Lead Free Silver Mirror processing plant & in 2014 UFG successfully commissioned its new pattern line.

UFG was the first in the region to successfully supply OEM with its ARALUX LIGHT GREEN AU (Automotive Quality). Our ARALUX LIGHT GREEN AU (Automotive Quality) is CE Certified for Optical/Thermal performance in accordance with European Norm (EN 572) in 2mm - 5mm range of various thicknesses to serve Automotive Giants such as etc., TATA, Hyundai, Mahindra and MARUTI with Quality Glass.

Made from ARALUX Clear Substrate with very high optical quality (zebra 60 degrees and above).Aralux Silver Mirror is Eco Friendly and meets the stringent international standard for mirror production.Copper free configuration offers 3 times better protection against corrsion than conventional mirrors. It survives 120 hrs in CASS test and 480 hrs in 100% humidity without any deterioration.

In 2014, UFG successfully started the production and launch of its new ARALUX Pattern glass in Wired and Non-Wired Configurations.ARALUX Pattern is produced in variety of pattern designs, colors, sizes and thicknesses to give our custom-ers a one stop shop solution for their special requirements for different applications (solar) and archite-cural ( i.e. conference rooms, hospitals and homes) ARALUX Pattern glass come in clear, tinted bronze, grey and bluse colors. ARALUX wired pattern products come in square or diamond wired glass.
