“The Area I Association and
The Perryton FFA Chapter Proudly Present
Jarrett Blasingame Candidate for
Texas FFA President”
Hello Texas FFA Members! I hope that everyone else is as excited for state convention as I am. I’m Jarrett Blasingame, a recently graduated senior from Perryton High School. I have been in the FFA for four years now and would not trade a single second of my time. When I put on my FFA jacket for the first time, I knew that this organization was where I was supposed to be. When I first walked into the convention hall in Dallas four years ago I was in awe. The state officers looked like superheroes that had the respect of everyone. But more importantly they were able to impact and inspire thousands of people, myself being one of those people. From then on, I knew that I wanted to have a chance to inspire people to become the best that they can be. I want to help encourage you to be as active in the FFA as possible, because as I have realized, our time in this organization is not near long enough. I hope that you become more willing and excited to participate in activities and contests that you never dreamed you would take part of. I feel beyond lucky to have this opportunity to reach out to you. I want to challenge you to take this next year by the horns and have no regrets with all your endeavors. Texas FFA, all I can say is good luck and I wish you the absolute best! Jarrett Blasingame Area I State President Candidate “He who dares nothing, need hope for nothing.” -Friedrich Schiller
