A river flows on a cold, quiet

night. Full of life unseen below. The forest is quiet, yet

vibrant and still. It waits

for the coming changes in

peace.

Humans bring change and even quantify it

with time while the trees murmur and

observe.

The forest divides into manmade sections, while

humans murmur and plan.

The land is forever changed by

human influence.

The cows do not notice the changes.

They continue to graze.

The sun shines light on all that

occurs.

We take some time to enjoy our

day with nature, but later

return home.
