❖ BOOK CLUB - Next Saturday 15th Feb at 10.00am in the church lounge for

review of the book "Vanishing Grace". Don't forget to jot down any thoughts

you may have had during the reading of the book and also how God has spoken

❖ CHURCH FRONT WALL. The contractors have been paid the bulk of their

contract and the LLL Loan has been drawn down. Some have mentioned that

they would like to contribute to the cost of the project and if that is your

intention please place your donation in a specially marked envelope and placing

it on the offering plate or if you prefer, by Direct Credit to our St. James

Operating account BSB 105-054 Account 225009540 at BankSA.

❖ APPEAL FOR BIBLES : A reminder - If anybody has a spare bibles they are not

using, Helen Mashford, Hospital Chaplain is wanting copies, irrespective of size

or version. She has run out of them and says she is always being asked for a

bible. If you are able to help, please leave your copy on the table in the lounge

and I will pass them on to her. Thanks, Peg.

❖ SUPPORT GROUP’S 1st meeting was postponed and will now be held at

Barratt’s home next Monday, 17th Feb. at 10:00am. Please bring food to share
