• Chemical contaminants

– General standard for Contaminants and Toxins in Food and Feed Codex stan 193-1995 Revised in 1997, 2006, 2008, 2009 Amended in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015.

– The GMS countries must have the national capacity to analyse the contaminants according to Codex standard 193-1995 !!!!
