• Feedback: Very positive – #1 positive: Single location for all reporting

– #2 Love the Search and Refinement functionality

– Users provide suggestions on new hidden key words to improve searching

– Users recommend new Facets to help refine search results

– Users are requesting new Assets to be created/included

• Lessons Learned: Not much we would have changed – It’s been a smooth, problem free implementation

– Hindsight: Look more into bulk loading of assets & users

Pros: – Does as advertised – Relatively small learning curve

Wish List:

– No Rich Text Formatting (RTF) or Markup Language. • Limited to Bold, Italicized and bulleted lists • No functionality to interpret HTML tags or JavaScript

– Ability to develop custom usage metrics or analytics. • Determine most active users, last time an Asset was viewed, etc. • What time of day gets the most traffic

– My favorites layout is not customizable. • No way to reorder tiles • No way to organize by folders
