Dear Sir,Sealed firm quotations are invited for are invited from supplier/ vendors for subjectitems as per details given in schedule ‘A’ subject to following conditions: Hinder EHV(0&M) Division Beed on the conditions listed below as per attached schedule “A”.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. Your sealed quotation should reach this office on or before Dt 10.07.2018 at 17.30Hrs. and will be opened on the next day, ifpossible.2. Quotation shall be sent under sealed cover duly super scribed as Quotation for -- ----------------- & Your Enquiry No. -—-----------—------3. Quotation received after due date will not be considered. This office not responsiblefor any postal delay.4. Documents should have enclosed with the offer for Technical Qualification.a) Insurance certificate.

b) Fitness certificate.vc) Tax related certificate.d) Permit certificate & Vehicle Registration.e) Driving License of the driver.f) PAN card ofbidder.g) Goods Service Tax Registration certificate (If available).And other relevant documents of the vehicle to be provided on hire basis.5. The rates shall be quoted in the work schedule “A” The rates and amount shall bewritten both in figures. The rates shall be written legibly and shall be free fromeraser. Overwriting or conversions of figures correction and where unavoidableshall be made by Crossing out initiating, dating and rewriting.6. Security Deposit: -Security Deposit 5% ofOrder value to be paid within 07 days interms ofcash/ DD to the office ofExecutive Engineer, EHV (0&M) Division Beed.7. No advance payment shall be made in any case. However, 100% payment shall beeffected after satisfactory completion ofwork.

8. The quotation should be submitted strictly as per our requirement; any additionalcondition/shortfall lefi in offer letter shall cause rejection of quotation.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations withoutassigning any reasons thereof.

10. The working hours normally from 08.00 Hrs to 20.00 Hrs or as per directives ofExecutive Engineer. However, vehicle will be under MSETCL service for 24 Hrs.The use of vehicle will be as per instruction of Executive Engineer EHV (0&M)Div Beed as and when required. ‘ ‘

11. Order limited to Rs. 3.00 Lakhs only
