Anurag Arora combines the simplicity of an ascetic, discipline of a professional and the vibrancy of a child in a combination that makes him endearing to everyone who comes to meet him. A programmer by profession, earning a gold medal in engineering from IET Lucknow, he worked in various multinationals before he found his true calling: Of teaching meditation and The Art Of Living courses to the world.

As soon as he did his first program with The Art Of Living, his life had changed. Shortly after that, he completed the teacher training and dove in headfirst and began teaching full time. A natural teacher, he has traveled widely working with people from all walks of life.

Known for bringing a resonant, relevant voice that speaks directly to your heart, his teachings come from decades of personal transformation and his experience of serving others to find their authentic path to deep happiness.

Anurag imparts his radiant spirit and joy for life in his classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings throughout the world. People who attend his classes tell he has an incredibly powerful presence, it’s contagious. You cannot help but leaving his classes feeling like you are ready to take on anything, empowered.

Because of his exceptional depth of practice, he has been able to ideate and execute mass meditation gatherings in South Africa, working on grassroots level. He is quickly becoming South Africa’s foremost Art Of Living teachers, being featured in Radio and Television interviews. He has also lead a team of volunteers in mobilization of over 100 thousand people to join the historical World Cultural Festival, March 2016 in Delhi.

In his recent South African tours, Anurag has been successful in initiating a conversation with the Zulu tribes to resolve their conflicts. He also working towards publishing his first poetry book.

He stays in Noida, India with his wife and a daughter, Shraddha.
